I eat mine plain or stuffed with something delicious -- nuts and sprouts, roasted chicken, the list is endless. I also sometimes put them in my smoothies.

No condensed milk for me -- way too sweet.

I tasted some a while back. You have to use sugar to enjoy eating it. I guess different varieties means different flavors.
